Worst company I've ever dealt with - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Paid 44 GBP for luggage EACH for 3 flights - Email received on day of the flight to say they have not been able to book my luggage and that I need to contact the airline. Contacted the Airline and booked my luggage over the phone in minutes with no problem - Had to pay 60 CAD for each flight, total 180 CAD out of pocket.

Have been chasing a refund since returning home over 2 months ago - Keep telling me it's been processed and to contact my bank yet nothing has been received.

Useless customer service, uncontactable via email. Absolute **** of a website - AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TELL OTHERS NOT TO USE THEM.
