When you pay extra for the refund, you kind of expect your refund...

After numerous emails & web forms completed, we still have't received any feedback pertaining to refund's requested for flights that my finance book with Mytrip/Qatar.

Both these flights were booked & paid for, but when circumstances prevented him from making the trips, he cancelled well before the flights departed. He also paid additional for covid insurance in order to be sure that he would be able to seek a refund when the unexpected occured.

to date, no one has gotten back to us, no refund requests have been registered on the booking platform, and not a single person has gotten back to us about this.

They are extremely eager to have the money taken from your account , but the blatant fact that no one is getting back to us pertaining to a refund , which we paid extra for to ensure would happen , makes us wonder whether or not this is just outright theft .

We need someone to process this request or we will proceed with legal action . If we are having such a hard time just to get basic service & our money from this company, I can almost guarantee there are more people dealing with the exact same problem.
