We want Mytrip to book us alternative flight, same day as the one we booked earlier in the year because it's connecting.

@hellopetercom Good morning Kindly assist, we booked a flight via MyTrip(Air Tanzania) 8 months ago from Zanzibar to Johannesburg. We only had from Mytrip three weeks ago that Air Tanzania canceled all flights to Johannesburg without any alternative. And when we checked on line we find out that the CEO of Airline Tanzania announced this early October that Agents should claim clients tickets. Mytrip never claimed our tickets on time. And no alternative made. Now we are close to our holiday but we don't have return tickets.

Please Hello Peter assist us, we want Mytrip to book us return tickets. As this is their fault, negligence and unprofessional.
