UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE

They refuse to refund my UNUSED flight tickets from 24 March 2020! Our flight was cancelled by Emirates when we arrived at the airport due to COVID-19 when the president announced lockdown. They don’t reply to ANY of my emails and there is NO South Africa number to contact!
