Trip.com

Trip.com is the worst agency ever, I booked a ticket to Bangkok and paid with wechat pay, the payment was successful and immediately I received an email that the booking was cancelled( flight full) and that I’ll receive my refund in 10 days. I then booked again but this time using my bank card and it was successful. Now I’m waiting for refund and one of their consultants says the payment didn’t go through and one is saying it went through but I made another booking, meaning I had two bookings and used the last booking to travel and didn’t use the first booking.

I wouldn’t had booked again if I didn’t receive cancellation message.
