The worst travel agency in the world!!! ****

The worst travel agency in the world. I paid for a cancelation protection policy in case I get Covid, two days before my return flight I got positive for Covid and I couldn't travel. I call them with more of 72 hours before my flight and sent all documents they ask for to cancellate the flights, but they refuse to pay me back the money without explain it. In my policy says that Covid is included but they dont want to refund me. This agency has to be closed immediately.
