The worst experience ever with a travel agency

I have traveled over the years buying either directly from the airline or from an agency but this as been the worst experience ever with us.my trip.con . Listen to this never buy from this agency, it has been a week since I bough a ticket for my friend traveling from Mexico to Argentina and this people has not been able to help me, I even had to pay $30 extra administrative fee but have not been able to get the ticket. Airlines canceled part of the trip but I did my part calling the agency 3-4 times a day having to explain the same o every agent who by the way they are hard to understand their English. Not been ****** because I am Mexican and speak English with an accent but man this people don’t really care about customer service. So far after week and a half I have not had my ticket neither refunded or re booked, it has been the most stressful experience I have ever had with a travel agency. When booking I got charged $100 extra for insurance due to my changes. Please never buy from this agency I will fill the lost worst reviews (that by the way this is the first time doing it after spending hours and hours waiting on the phone to not solve my problem)
