THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH MYTRIP.COM. - it is almost 2 years since I purchased a ticket through MyTrip, and I still have not received my refund, despite insurance and change of ticket protection. Ethiopian Airlines have confirmed that they have paid my refund over to MyTrip, some months ago. They are offer zero Customer Service and are impossible to contact and communicate with and they only respond through automated generic emails that never address the problem at hand.

I agree with other reviews posted on MyTrip. They are ********* and dishonest beyond belief, and suggest that Travellers' avoid using this agency at all costs.
