Terrible - 0 rating

Actually, 1 star is too much, but to write the review, you have to rate it. On the 19th of Deceber I cancelled a ticket for the 7th of January - after being told there is an admin fee of R380 and I lose 50% of the ticket price, I am still getting the run around. Impossible! Don't use them!
