Surprisingly good despite many complaints

Booked an international flight for the 10th of November 2020 through mytrip. Booking was relatively easy and I received my booking confirmation shortly after making payment. All booking documents were in order and I managed to check in to my flight online seamlessly. Would definitely use them again as I had a great experience.
