STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

I would give them 0 star if it was possible. I reget not searching reviews on this company before buying air ticket through their site, and I even bought from them several times. This time I have no choice but to cancel my trip due to COVID 19 outbreak and they said that I would get full refund in 3-4 weeks but it has been several months now I but I have not received anything even a response from them though I have emailed them several times. I also talked to them through phone and they said that they were processing but they **** coz it has been several weeks but nothing happens. They are totally *******.
