Stay away from My trip. com !!! *****

Hi everyone, here is my lesson from My trip. com On 16th June 2018 I purchased the ticket from Bangkok to Victoria,Canada flight on 31st Aug 2018(Via Air Canada) through My trip. com through Skyscanner. August 2nd, 2018 I was informed that my Visa was rejected so I sent the requests to cancel my flight for refund twice on 2nd and 25th Aug 2018 and I did not get any response from My trip. com at all. Eventually I decided to call their Customer Service in UK + ********** 47881 on 26th Aug 2018 to 31st Aug 2018, "every day" they accepted the call every time stating that they will contact the airline and get back to me,I got only one email saying my case is still in the process and then until the last minute to my flight I didn't get any email or confirmation that confirm that I'll get the refund. All I expected was just an email before my flight so I won't appear as the no-show case to confirm that I'll get a refund no matter how much amount they can give after they contact with Air Canada regarding Fair Rule and refund conditions. Unfortunately, Mytrip didn't send me that email or try to get back to me. The staffs are not helpful. Thus, I called Air Canada too they said that I need to contact My trip. com directly since they couldn’t give me the refund but My trip. com could. I called My trip. com so many times in a day and sent them many emails and required them to get back to me before my flight, but I didn’t get any update until the last minute before my flight that I called them and the number was unavailable. I just went through lots of bad reviews on the internet about My trip. com THEY ARE ******* AND NEVER REFUND. I feel very sad that I didn’t read any of these bad reviews that every year people lose money for this ***** agency. I just chose the cheapest price on the Skyscanner since it was my first time using it. I know 1000$ might not be a big deal for some people, but for me as a student I had saved that money and I don’t want to lose it to the ***** agency “ My trip. com

Any suggestion ? that I can get my money back or any action that I could take to report them or any legal action?
