Shocking Service - Ref: IUHRNG

<p>Your service after a passenger has paid for their trip is shocking. The passenger flew from Johannesburg to Hong Kong and then from Hong Kong to Shangai Pu**** International Airport.</p> <p>The passenger then proceeded to receive an email from Mytrip.com advising him that according to China Eastern Airline he was a no show for his flight from Hong Kong to Shanghai and that all other flights have been cancelled due to him not flying. Immediately I contacted Mytrip.com to be advised that they will email the airline to advise the airline that he did fly, but earlier due to bad weather.</p> <p>To cut a very long story short, we ended up having to sort everything out by ourselves with the Airlines as your service was pathetic, all you could say was you emailed the airline. Surely part of your service is to actually contact the Airline telephonically, considering the passenger is unsure what is happening with the flights and the only emails you can send is to say the tickets are cancelled. </p> <p>Passenger is due to fly today back from Shanghai to Hong Kong and then back to Johannsburg, and the only communication the passenger has received is the following:</p> <p><strong>Dear Mr HENDRIKGERT VANZYL,</strong><br /><strong>We would like to inform you that unfortuantley, we have not received any response from the airline companies in order to confirm the return flight. We recommend you to contact with them and confirm the validity of your return flight as soon as possible.
