A whole family is currently stuck at the airport. Booking was canceled due to "technical error " on the agencies side. No one got informed. First time this family is flying and going on holiday together. What a disgrace. How are they still operating. It's a ****!! Do not use them. R28000 lost! How do wr get them closed down? So many reviews of this company!! All bad. All people lost their money.
