********. If you have to solve anything with their CS - you're very likely *****ed. Me and my family were denied the boarding because mytrip.com didn't book the flight with the airline, even though they issued me the booking confirmation and I fully paid the tickets. Spent days in total over a few months, trying to solve it with their CS. Mytrip refuses to acknowledge the issue and refund. CS is basically non-existing. Almost impossible to reach it. When reaching - representatives are *********** and can't provide any meaningful answer or solution. Booking change fees are exorbitant.
