Refund

I don't want to give any stars. I had to cancel a booking made and the cancellation was confirmed. The booking was cancelled long before the travel dates. Mytrip agreed to do a refund within 2 to 4 weeks. This was 9 weeks ago. They don't respond on any emails and does not answer their phones. My booking number KQKIOT. This is the worst company ever and I will not recommend them for any travel bookings. I need this refund urgently.
