Pathetic Service

This is the worst company to use to make a booking with, they have NO after service and ***** your money. we have been trying to get a flight ticket changed that is only due in March 2020 and they are of NO HELP. instead they want to charge us an additional R13 000 to change it. witch makes no sense as when you book your ticket you have the option to take out a flight change option at only R2 500. they are pathetic
