Non-existent refunds - don't bother booking with them!

I was refused boarding, even with all the necessary legal documents, and MyTrip are refusing to assist with a refund. I've spent hours on the phone and emailing various companies that they've shoved me off onto, but they won't accept any responsibility - shocking customer service!
