Wanted to buy extra luggage which costs SEK 2500 for 23kg. They charge another SEK 1250(!!!!) to add (administration) extra luggage to my ticket! Absolutely insane how they cheat people out of money! My husband bought through another agent and paid SEK 795 for an extra 10 kilos without any extra fees!
