NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - ****!

Do not book with this company, this is the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had! I have been waiting since May to receive a refund after Sri Lankan Airlines cancelled our flights. This company takes no responsibility for its customers, and I am out of pocket nearly $2000AUD. Save yourself the stress and never use this company!
