Never gave back money over a cancelled flight

Disastrous service. I have a cancelled flight two hours before departure and they deny to give the money back using as a excuse the airline. I bought the flight through your platform, I should expect my money back from you in a normal time period. More than three months waiting and nothing happened. Horrible service, wouldn't use it anytime in the future
