NEVER!!

booked through them and the airline ended up canceling and sending through the refund. Of course, the refund went through to their cards but no one notified me that they received my money back or even processed my refund. Instead, they have kept my money for now 3 months and i have had to chase them up for my $1000. I have spent hours on the phone trying to reach them and when i do they are useless, say different things each time and one even hung up on me!!!! I am still chasing my money and waiting hours on the phone! Horrible service and just been a nightmare!
