MyTrip.com Not Issuing Refunds Due to Covid Even though Airline is

Like all the previous complaints related to COVID, this company does not seem to be issuing refunds. They have basically ****** our money due to flight cancellations. The airline has issued refunds however they indicate that the refunds must be collected by the third party (mytip.com) . There is no communication available with mytrip.com
