I booked my flights tickets with my way and I didn't aboard because the country I was going to insisted I need to have a return ticket

So I went to the airline I was supposed to travel with to change my dates so I can have enough money to buy my return ticket

So that airline was blocked my MyTrip . com to make such changes when I contact MyTrip.com they told me to contact the airline so who is Maki who a fool where

Worse part they don't even have email or contact numbers where you can call them

My dates can't be changed my money can't be refunded
