MyTrip.com, Gotogate, etraveli Group

Mytrip.com is associated to GOTOGATE and eTraveli Group. All of these 3 travel agencencies DO NOT give adequate and honest service to clients. I booked and paid for an air ticket through MyTrip but with covid no ticket was issued. When I requested a refund or alternative flight MYTRIP just replies by saying that I have to request directly from the airline - (TAAG) I paid MYtrip and they charged their commission - I did not deal with TAAG airline at any stage. It is the duty of MyTrip to process the refund to it's clients not leave the clients in the lurch. This goes against the Consumer Rights. MyTrip , Gotogate and the etraveli Group cannot be considered as reputable or honest. C. Ferreira
