Mytrip.com disapproval

Useless to deal with. I booked a FlySafair flight for two passengers from Johannesburg to Durban. I initially tried to book through FlySafair but their server was offline the whole morning of 13 January. I then booked using Mytrip.com. The booking was more expensive which obviously is their commission. With the difficulty in connection (most probably loadshedding) I made a mistake with the inbound flight time, instead of the inbound time to be early morning I accidently booked it the same day in the evening. This came to my knowledge when I received the flight booking e mail. I immediately contacted Mytrip.com and asked them to change the inbound flight time. I was SHOCKED to be quoted 96% (R2 984) of the TOTAL FLIGHT COST for an inbound time change.

I will NEVER use Mytrip.com or recommend them to anyone.
