Mytrip.com customer service

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Absolutely no response to any emails. When phoning customer service they say they will help and sort out any issues, but absolutely nothing is done. I've been trying to get help for 7 days now, but nothing. Will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Complete waste of time and no response whatsoever.
