I purchased a ticket france-vietnam 1 day before the flight (Toulouse-Ho chi minh). My trip booked 2 company that dont work together for this trip 1) luftansa for toulouse to new delhi 2) Indigo for New Deli - Ho chi Minh I was refused at the airport because to take this flight you need a visa for india that you cannot have within less then 3 days. I lost 700 USD for this one way with 0 refund and after spending 1 day with customer service they mention it's not their fault even if it's not written on their site that you need a visa for a transit time..

Huge **** and many people have the same issue. I was a regular customer. Never again
