MYTRIP NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I tried many times to cancel my flight from Cairo to Luxor - started communication ON TIME, more than 72 hours before flight (due to Covid related international flight cancellation by Qatar) After ONLY AUTUMATED RESPONSE from mytrip I eventually got through to a SA tel number, their response was that it is too late to cancel (less than 72 hours before the flight). MYTRIP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING!
