Mytrip is so disgusting travel agent/website.

I (Suman Reddy Chitla) booked my ticket on 29th May 2019 from Johannesburg to Hyderabad in Ethiopian Airlines. I got booking confirmation same day. But yesterday 30th May 2019 i received email that my booking is cancelled due to technical reasons. And i tried to contact My trip customer care (+27 31 ********** ) numerous times yesterday, but no answer after holding on the call for hours together. Either i don't get email response for the reply (6 emails) I gave to the email I got from them (Below is the email). I am sooooo disappointed my ticket got cancelled, and no answer when i will be refunded. So disgusting. Mytrip is not atll recommended. I will report toFBI and Consumer protection organisation in Johannesburg. I will sue them for what they did to me.
