MyTrip.com - No Refund!!!

<p>I have booked my airline tickets through mytrip.com to Budapest. Something came up that my wife and I could no longer do this trip. We took out insurance at the time that should we cancel our holiday for unknown reason, we are covered and we will get out money back within 30 days.</p> <p>When we candelled out tickets, we received correspondence that they have received our cancellation request and that we will get our refund within 30 days. This email we have received on the 28th of July and that an amount of R12,399.03 will be refunded to our account. Since then I have received no further correspondence. I have written various emails to which I have received no response. You try to phone them at +44 ********** 881, there is simply no answer.<br /> <br />The reference number IS BCKDWG. The agent we dealt with during our correspondence was Aristea ZAKOPOULOU.</p> <p>DON'T DEAL WITH MYTRIP. COM. THEY ARE ********. THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY TOO AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE.</p> <p> </p>
