"My Trip" was a bad trip

Prior to my flight overseas, I pre booked meals for my family and paid the required amount. During our flight out and return we did not receive the meals we requested and had to settle for what they had on board. MOst of the foods on the plate was wasted. Before I commenced my inward journey I mailed My Trip as well Seychelles Air to complain but to no avail. My Trip kept referring my queries but nothing was resolved. I am back home almost a month and pursuing a full refund for poor service and lack of communication. Yes, they are quick to to take your money but hassle to resolve a simple matter.
