My Trip *****s your money

My Trip is probably the worst travel agent in the southern hemisphere!!! Not only are your agent extremely rude but the agency itself is a blatant *****. Require a refund tickets purchased pre-covid and they refuse. I hope this gets spread far and wide. My Trip is just as ******* as our government. Please refrain from using them.
