INVALID TICKETS AND NO REFUND.

STAY AWAY DIDN'T SEND US OUR TICKETS AND REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND. Missed our flights due to them never sending us a valid ticket and then claimed it wasn't their fault. We were stuck in the airport for 10 hours trying to sort things with customer service and had to end up buying another plane ticket through another company. WORST SERVICE AND ******* COMPANY.
