Incompetence

I made a booking that I wanted to cancel. It took me 33min and 53 sec to complete the cancellation. The person at the call centre did not know the company's refund policy and kept looking it up and putting me on hold for extended periods. For this incompetence they asked my a fee of R675 plus the airline cancelation fee of R1294. I will never use Mytrip.com again
