I am fed up with this agent. 5 months now and I am still waiting for my refund for a cancelled flight

Be carefull when making a flight booking online. I have made a booking and cancelled my flight. My flight was made by Mytrip to CemAir. Since December 2023 I am stil battling to get my refund. Excuse on Excuse.
