Horrible experience. Lost 2 thousand US.

Terrible customer service. I was told by a member of their team, that I was able to complete a rebooking. However when I called customer service they were not making effort to handle my situation at all. I got hung up on twice! And they just drag it out until you lose your money. Avoid!
