HATE!!!

I noticed how every review starts with "If i could give them zero stars, it's more suitable." How is this website still on-line? It's *****! They should be taken down.. No refunds, even though airlines confirmed that they refunded them!? This is not fair at all! With everything going on in the world??? Seriously!! Give me back my money!
