Was unable to make trip due to changes resulting from COVID. The state I was flying to entered lockdown and was classified at a higher risk to return back from if I went. Contacted MyTrip to request a refund or credit, and they said there was nothing they could do. They only offered to change the flights, and I had to choose the changes at that time, which would have costed me to do. Absolutely useless and worse booking company experience I've ever had. Quite certain this company is ********** and ******** people.
