I booked a flight to Botswana and despite booking a flexible ticket they charged me R950 to change my ticket despite showing them that the reason I could not board the flight was because I had a positive covid result. I am now trying to change my return ticket and I have been trying to call them for 2hours now. First the phone call was picked up 3 times by people who could not speak english then on the 4th time they put me on hold and its been 1hour! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKET WITH THEM
