Bought two tickets from Tel Aviv to Eilat with Israir through the mytrip.com website. At the airport, we were informed that Israir tickets can only be sold through their official website and not by any other provider. Furthermore, the flight times indicated on mytrip were wrong. We had to buy new tickets at the airport from the airline directly. I have still not heard anything back from customer service other than an automated email.
