Based on the above details, I am seeking the fixed compensation as specified in EC 261/2004.

6/7 days have passed when I chat to agents at mytrip, they ask tell me the case is escalated. Im in a country with no money, I have to pay the person I borrowed the money from to book another flight. I even used up money for my debit order because I was promised the money will be paid, it's now more then two week. Banks will be charging me, I don't even have food where I'm at.

I look forward to a full response to this letter within a days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response I intend to pursue my complaint further, which could mean taking it to court.
