DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This company is a nightmare. I booked with them and had to cancel so I was given a credit. Fine. I called back to use the credit and they said it would cost an additional $172 for my flight. Also fine. However, when they rebooked it they booked it in my partner's name not mine so I couldn't take the flight. After 3 calls they agreed to refund me at least for the additional $172 cost. However I did not receive it so I asked my bank to claim it back. Then mytrip refused to refund me unless I canceled the chargeback. So You don't refund me and then I have to try for a chargeback and then because I request a chargeback you wont refund me? This makes no sense. What a ****. And all because of their error of booking the flight in the wrong name. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. This is not worth it.
