Don't buy from MyTrips

Don't buy from MyTrips.

I bought a ticket for a friend and misspelled their last name. I contacted Mytrip the next morning and they said they would take care of it for a fee. I paid the fee. I was promised a response within 24 hours, then 72 hours, then I was told I would be contacted on the result and there would be no problem. Mytrip never contacted me. I also called the airline, but they told me that name correction is very easy, but they need to get the request from mytrip.

Now the departure time has passed and the friend was denied boarding. There is still no result, no answer, no call or email from mytrip.
