DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company to book travel tickets. I booked a flight through mytrip.com in March 2023. For some reason the airline changed my flight (without my permission or notice) to a new date, which did not suit me. I asked for a refund through mytrip.com and I was sent an email message stating that this was possible, but at for a fee. After multiple follow up attempts to resolve my issue and to be reimbursed for my flight I am still waiting for my reimbur*****t in January 2024. When I call the 24 hour service line no one answers and no agent ever responds to the online chat.
