DO NOT USE MY TRIP.COM

Do not use My Trip. Com at any costs. I was recently in Portugal and on hearing reports of long waiting times at the security, I decided to book a fast track. I booked fast track for €10 which I thought was reasonable. It wasn’t until I got home & my trip.com took £67.75 from my account & when I contacted them they said I had subscribed to them . After I explained to them i only booked Fast Track & nothing else , they literally stated that I was at fault & I would not receive back my £67.75 for a service I had not needed or received.
