DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE

The worst company I have ever made the mistake of using. I booked a return flight between East London and Johannesburg and paid for the option to make the ticket flexible. When I tried to move the date for my booking the agents from mytrip told me to call the airline who I already had on the line. The airline told the agent the ticket can be moved but they refused saying the airline must do this. After 30 minutes of the airline telling them that they can and should move the ticket the agent from mytrip - Mutazar hung up the phone. They refused to move my ticket and refused to refund me.
