Do not ever book flights through Mytrip.com

Avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs! I cannot say whether they are ******** or have no idea on how to run a business with customers to service. They are internationally based and appear to have outsourced their call center to another country altogether. You receive no response to emails and on the odd occasion that they do response, they are merely stringing you along with feedback that is absolute lies and is only said to pacify you. In complete desperation, I reached out to the airline directly and luckily they agreed to take over the reservation and resolve my long standing issue. Other travellers, both locally and internationally, haven't been as fortunate. This company gives flight booking intermediaries such a bad name. I've had nothing but good experiences with other companies but that has been ruined by Mytrip. Do your homework before you book through a flight booking intermediary
