Death Refund Outstanding since June 2025

This is the most disgusting experience i have encountered , more than a year ago i logged and called several times throughout the year regarding Refund of Death , i supp**** every document request but i did not get a refund , its been more than a year and this is just the lowest form of service i had ever experienced. Call after Call, email after email , I'm the one having to chase up this matter , not once was i contacted or supp**** any update. Even supp**** the Ethiopian airlines details but nothing has been done to date!!!!!!!

Ethiopian Airlines along with My Trip refuse to supply concrete information or even an evidential refund , this was logged on the 1st June 2025. Can you imagine being such big corporations to ill treat people this way.
