Customer Service

If I could give them no star I would. They do nothing for a customer. At the slightest hint of trouble they ask you to contact the airline directly. They then spend ages defending themselves instead of taking accountability. Their App does not keep abreast with airline changes. They are absolute ******* and I’ve had a nightmare with them
